Bharat Mammootty in “Chembakaraman”

Director KK Rajeev who was busy with mini screen is trying his luck in big screen also. After his super duper daily soaps “Orma”, “Ammamanasu” in mini screen, he is going to direct Bharat Mammootty in “Chembakaraman”. Mammooty is offered the role of a professional drama actor.  The role of “Kanakku Chembaka Raman” from NN Pillai’s Drama disguising himself as a drama actor will indeed be a new experience for mammooty. As there is date problems for Mammootty there is a chance for the film becoming late. We wish all the best for the new project.

Kaveri flowing back to Kerala

Finally Kaveri is back in hometown. Actress Kaveri after her marriage with SuryaKiran (Telugu film director) is doing a Malayalam movie “Kangaroo” directed by Rajbabu. Coming up as heroine with Mammooty (Udyanapalakan) she did a variety of characters in Malayalam. Later she shifted to Telugu. Now her husband himself was encouraging her to do movies.
So when the offer came she accepted it with confidence .Kangaroo may prove to be a comeback for her . PrithviRaj, Jayasuraya, Kavyamadhavan are also in the main leads.

Lakshmi Gopalaswamy  opposes glamour

Lakshmi Gopalaswamy opens her mind by saying that she is not interested in acting tamil or telugu movies. There is overdose of glamour to which she is fully reluctant. She also claims that while acting in Malloo movies she is feeling a sense of security. She is not interested in mere money making. Dedicated to pure art , she says that if strong and substantial roles come she will accept them irrespective of language.
